Scrapbooking meets Mail Art

A “funky card” from my IUOMA-friend Melanie Lucas from Arkansas in the US.

She’s a scrapbooker at heart and sends out amazing mail art/scrapbook cards. Since I’m such a sucker for pretty patterned papers and stationery in general I can’t stop marveling at the beautiful materials she used for this card 🙂 Thank you, Melanie!

Wild Words: PELICAN (Wild Words Series Part 3)

The Wild Words’ PELICAN went to Stephanie Blake, a fellow Mail Artist from Alabama. Over at IUOMA she had commented on the GORILLA I’d sent to arttower here in Germany, saying how much she loved it. So, knowing that she would like it I grabbed the PELICAN and mailed it to her 🙂 I think especially it’s envelope turned out fantastic!

Have a great Wednesday ;P

Don’t be a …

My IUOMA-friend “Bear”…

…obviously doesn’t mince matters;
…isn’t afraid to be bold;
…isn’t afraid to be himself;
…expresses himself not worrying if he might offend someone;
…IS ONE BRAVE ARTIST!

“Remember: Don’t Be A ****-HEAD!”

Express yourself. Make some art. And don’t be afraid to share it!

Have a great weekend!
